Meet Lease Requirements. Minimize Downtime. Maximize Efficiency.

Routine HVAC maintenance isn’t just good practice—it’s often required by lease agreements. Business operations rely on consistent indoor climate control, and even a minor system issue can result in lost productivity, tenant complaints, or unexpected expenses.

Our Commercial HVAC Maintenance Plan is built to prevent these problems before they start. With scheduled inspections in every season, your heating and cooling equipment stays optimized, safe, and energy-efficient. You’ll gain peace of mind knowing your system is being professionally monitored and maintained, so you can focus on managing your property, not emergency service calls.

What Our Commercial Maintenance Plan Includes

We conduct four in-depth inspections each year (spring, summer, fall, and winter) to ensure your equipment performs efficiently through changing weather conditions. All visits are completed during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm), so there’s no disruption to daily operations. Each service includes a comprehensive checklist of tasks aimed at maximizing system life and minimizing wear and tear.

Each inspection includes:

  1. Lubrication of accessible moving parts

  2. Full air filter replacement (standard 2” pleated filters)

  3. Blower belt inspection and replacement if needed

  4. Blower assembly inspection and wheel balancing

  5. Safety control testing

  6. Natural gas line inspection for leaks

  7. Operational control check

  8. Air conditioning pressure control inspection

  9. Up to 1 pound of refrigerant/Freon per system, annually

  10. Air-cooled condenser coil inspection

  11. Thermostat cleaning and calibration

  12. Electrical wiring and connection check

  13. AMP draw measurement

  14. Burner assembly inspection and cleaning
