Our AC started giving issues we didn’t know what the issue was. We had called several AC repair guys but couldn’t get one out. My husband decided to try Walk On Air and we were pleased as Red was very knowledgeable and able to determine the issue quickly and explain fixes. We initially contacted Walk On Air for a second opinion on our downstairs HVAC system after another company told us it needed to be replaced entirely. Patrick came out, assessed the situation, and successfully repaired the unit for less than $300. That experience alone earned our trust. When we decided to replace our upstairs HVAC system, choosing Walk On Air was a no-brainer. Patrick personally assessed our needs, provided the quote, and was part of the installation team. The owner even came out to inspect our attic before the installation. That level of personal involvement and attention to detail was incredibly reassuring, especially after our previous experience. Throughout the entire process, Patrick was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about getting everything right. The entire team was equally accommodating, especially when it came to scheduling. We were dealing with delays from our previous HVAC company regarding the removal of their equipment, which made it difficult to commit to an installation date. Walk On Air was understanding and worked with us every step of the way. The new system works beautifully, and our home hasn’t been this comfortable in months. Even better, it cost half as much as the previous system, which had not worked properly since installation. Between their honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service, Walk On Air has earned our trust and our future business. K G55 days agoWe have used Walk on Air since we moved to the area last year and are very happy with this company. We needed to have all our ductwork in the crawl space replaced and they did an exceptional job giving a proper estimate and fair pricing for the work. When they came out to do the work the entire team was professional and got everything done as quickly as they could. We called them yesterday because we were having some issues with our air not cooling the house properly and we were immediately scheduled for first thing in the morning. Dustin "Red" and his other associate (I cant remember her name) were both very professional and arrived in a timely manner. They fixed the issue and everything is working wonderfully now. Red always takes the time to answer questions and explain everything in detail. We have no complaints whatsoever about this company.Posted on Google

Danielle Creasy89 days agoKurt was able to come out to fix our unit on a Sunday. He was thorough and fast. He was able to get our unit working again. We will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend them. We added on their bi-annual maintenance schedule to help catch any issues before they begin. Red came out to do the maintenance and was amazing. He took photos of the important parts of the system so that we could see what we were working with and provided great tips to get the most from our units. crystal augusta90 days agoRed came out to service my AC after I had been dealing with unbearable heat for two weeks. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to explain exactly what was causing the problem instead of just fixing it and leaving. The issue turned out to be a clogged condensate drain, and he showed me how the Safe-T-Switch works, where the cleanout is located, and how to perform simple maintenance to help prevent the problem in the future. I really appreciated that he took the time to educate me instead of assuming I wouldn't be interested. He also confirmed that my HVAC system was originally installed by their company before they rebranded, checked on the warranty information, and answered my questions about another unit in the house. By the end of the visit, my home was finally cooling properly again after weeks of struggling to stay below 78–79°F. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and a technician who genuinely cared about helping. I would absolutely recommend Walk On Air.Posted on Google

Red displayed up most respect, provided extensive education on our problems, and how he and the company could provide us with fastest and most quality service. We have been in a house with terrible A/c during Ga summer and tonight thanks to our man Red we are sleeping with a house with A/C. Thank you Red and thank you Walk on Air!
